1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Sky Bet website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them. Sky Bet is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. 5. Platform Usage Rules

You must not interfere with, damage, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. You must not use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, or any other method to access, scrape, monitor, or interact with the platform in a manner that bypasses normal human interaction. The use of artificial intelligence tools, betting prediction software connected to your account, or any third-party programme that places bets or manages your account automatically is not permitted. Sky Bet actively monitors for unusual patterns of activity that may indicate the use of such tools, and accounts found to be in violation will be suspended immediately.

All game outcomes on Sky Bet are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live game results, depending on the product type. Sky Bet does not manipulate game outcomes, and any attempt by a player to influence or predict outcomes through technical means constitutes a breach of these terms. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation, collusion, or manipulation will be considered void and will be withheld. Sky Bet's decision on matters relating to game integrity is final.

6. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions on Sky Bet — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Sky Bet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your bank or payment provider if your account or card is denominated in a currency other than PHP. Sky Bet accepts no responsibility for exchange rate losses or bank-imposed fees arising from currency conversion.

Deposits made to your Sky Bet account must be made through the payment channels officially listed on the platform's cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, and major Philippine commercial banks. Sky Bet does not accept cash deposits by courier or any payment made through unofficial channels. Funds deposited through unauthorised means may be frozen and returned without processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and on whether additional identity verification is required before a withdrawal can be approved. Sky Bet reserves the right to apply transaction limits — minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts — and these limits may vary by account tier, payment method, or applicable regulatory requirements. Any funds that remain dormant in an account for an extended period may be subject to the inactive account policy detailed in Section 8.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sky Bet provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Sky Bet makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond Sky Bet's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. Sky Bet will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising from contract, negligence, or any other cause — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Sky Bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Sky Bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Players who believe they have experienced a technical error affecting their account balance or game result must contact Sky Bet support within 72 hours of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. Sky Bet's determination following a technical review shall be final and binding.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Sky Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, suspected fraud or money laundering, abuse of bonuses or promotions, use of automated tools, collusion, or any other activity that Sky Bet considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Sky Bet will endeavour to complete its review in a timely manner and to communicate the outcome to the account holder. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and all funds will remain available. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, Sky Bet may permanently close the account, withhold any winnings obtained through the breach, and return only the original deposited amount — minus any applicable processing costs — at its sole discretion.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the Sky Bet support team. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened during the agreed exclusion period. Accounts that have been inactive — defined as having no login activity and no funds movement — for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account may attract an inactivity fee, and Sky Bet will notify the registered email address before any fee is applied. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

Sky Bet will aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Players who remain dissatisfied with Sky Bet's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter through any applicable regulatory dispute resolution channels available in their jurisdiction.
